Revolution individual tickets to go on sale February 9: Meet Mark Mason and John Halama that day from 10 a.m. to Noon

movie-tickets-admit-one copyThe Revolution has announced individual game tickets for the 2013 season will go on sale in-person and online Saturday, February 9 at 10 a.m.  The Apple Chevrolet Ticket Office at Sovereign Bank Stadium will be open that day from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., and if you would like to meet Manager Mark Mason or Pitching Coach John Halama, stop by between 10 and Noon.  They’ll both be there signing autographs and chatting up fans during that time.

Apple Chevrolet Ticket Office at Sovereign Bank Stadium open 10 a.m to 2 p.m. on Saturday, February 9, fans can meet 2013 coaching staff at event, win the chance to be with the Revolution on the field for Opening Day

The York Revolution has announced that individual game tickets for the 2013 season will go on sale Saturday, February 9 online and in-person at 10 a.m.  The Apple Chevrolet Ticket Office at Sovereign Bank Stadium will open that day from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Enter to win, one day only:  Any fan making any purchase of tickets that day will automatically be entered to win the distinction of “Honorary Team Captain” of the Revolution when they take on the Bridgeport Bluefish at home on Opening Day, which is Thursday, April 18 at 6:30 p.m.  The Honorary Team Captain will lead the 2013 Revolution onto the field for the first time and be introduced with the team on the first base line.  (No purchase necessary to enter).

Any fan making a purchase of $20 or more in person on February 9 will also take home a 2013 York Revolution wall calendar, complete with Revolution facts and history, and the game schedule.  (Limited amount, while supplies last.)  Early birds will also be greeted with free refreshments of the breakfast variety.

Revolution fans will also want to stop by the ticket office that day to meet the 2013 coaching staff.  Former pitching coach Mark Mason has taken over as Manager for the 2013 season, replacing the retired Andy Etchebarren.  John Halama, a veteran of nine Major League seasons as a pitcher and six more in the Atlantic League was tabbed by Mason to replace him as York’s pitching coach. Mason and Halama will be at the event from 10 a.m. to Noon.

Fans are encouraged to bring any item they would like for an autograph, and chat with Mason and Halama about the upcoming Revolution season.  There will be no charge for autographs.  The First Cap Team Store will also be open during the ticket sales event, freshly stocked with Revolution apparel for the upcoming season and/or items to be signed.

In addition to single-game tickets, fans may also purchase:  Ticket 6-Pack plans, which include undated ticket vouchers to use at any game based on availability and parking passes, WellSpan Sports Medicine Silver Sluggers memberships (55 and older) which include tickets to all 10 Tuesday home games and other perks, and memberships to the Rookie Revs, the official kid’s club of the York Revolution, which includes ticket vouchers, a season-long pass to the playground, access to special events and much more.
